Measurement that connects revenue to profit.

Understand what paid media contributes, what the numbers leave out and where the next investment belongs.

Is this right for you

When this helps

  • Revenue, platform-attributed revenue and cash received are being treated as the same number.
  • ROAS looks healthy but you cannot see what is left after product cost, returns, fulfilment and fees.

What you receive

  • A map of your current measurement setup, identifying gaps, broken tracking and missed attribution, then a rebuild so every platform speaks the same commercial language.
  • Reporting that shows the movement, its likely drivers and the decision it informs.

What we need

  • Agreement on the source, time period and definition of each metric.
  • For lead generation: qualification rates, close rates and customer value, where you have them. Where records are incomplete, we show the gap.

In practice: Kinetic Modern, +115% Revenue

01

Agree the meaning of the numbers

Revenue, platform-attributed revenue and cash received are not interchangeable. Before designing a dashboard, agree the source, time period and definition of each metric. Distinguish actuals from assumptions and forecasts so a polished chart does not disguise uncertainty.

02

Look beyond ROAS

Return on ad spend compares attributed revenue with media spend. It does not by itself account for product cost, returns, fulfilment, fees or overheads. The same ROAS can produce very different commercial outcomes across products or clients.

For lead generation, acquisition cost needs context from qualification rates, close rates and customer value. Where those records are incomplete, show the gap instead of treating all leads as equal.

03

Make the next decision visible

A useful dashboard shows the movement, its likely drivers and the decision it informs. It should help answer whether to increase investment, change the offer, improve conversion or resolve a data problem first.

Attribution remains imperfect. We compare sources and document assumptions rather than presenting every platform-reported conversion as incremental revenue. The reporting scope should match the decisions the business can act on.

04

One conversion the business trusts

Choose one primary conversion, set as close to the sale as the data allows. Where sales happen offline, bring them back by integration, upload or a regular sample, so bidding learns from real outcomes rather than form fills.

05

One layer across platforms

A single tracking, attribution and dashboard layer across Google, Microsoft and Meta means every pound added is judged on the same measure. Budget steps up as that measurement settles, not before.
